Change Of Registered Address

The Board of Directors of Loyz Energy Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 14 May 2013, the Company's registered office address will be changed to 15 Hoe Chiang Road, #19-01, Tower Fifteen, Singapore 089316.

This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company's sponsor, Stamford Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.
