Substantial Shareholder: Venstar Investments Ltd and Venstar Investments II Ltd Share conversion 1) The date of notice to the issuer refers to the date of the Form of Exchange Notice that notified the Company of the Substantial Shareholders' intention to exchange the First Tranche Preference Shares as set out in the announcement made on 23 May 2011. The Company received the Notice of Substantial Shareholder's Interests on 31 August 2012. 2) Venstar Investments Ltd and Venstar Investments II Ltd hold 6,250,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.13% of the issued capital) and 8,750,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 2.98% of the issued capital) in the Company respectively.
